A Study on the Performance Analysis and Improvement of Vocational Rehabilitation Services for the People with Significant Disabilities

Abstract
The Vocational Rehabilitation Support Project for the significant disabilities is a delivery system and project established by a user-friendly community welfare institution to provide systematic vocational rehabilitation services by experts since 2000 when the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Act for the Disabled was revised. Comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services and real-world work experience are required for disabled people who have difficulty entering the labor market, and multinational companies already practicing solidarity. Accordingly, this study evaluates the performance of the vocational rehabilitation support project for the severely disabled based on effectiveness and efficiency, analyzes the performance of the project based on international trends and evidence-based research results.
It is necessary to redefine the direction and goal of the vocational rehabilitation support project for the significant disabilities with the goal of systematic support for situational factors, and it is necessary to clearly state that the basis is basic labor rights.
In addition, it is necessary to establish an integrated service system for vocational rehabilitation projects, redefine the role and performance goals of institutions carrying out vocational rehabilitation support projects for the severely disabled, and improve vocational rehabilitation policies and delivery systems.
